ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT:
Please arrange to be at the CTC 15 minutes before your appointment.
If you have not yet filled out a questionnaire please ask for one and you can fill it in while you wait
You can bring a family member or friend to your appointment if you wish
You may have tests done before you see the doctor
You will spend about one and a half hours with the doctor to review your medical history, have a physical examination, and then discuss your particular medical situation. You will have a chance to ask all your questions. At the end of the visit you and the doctor will agree on a plan for any testing and follow up that you might neED.
AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT:
A detailed letter from the doctor will be mailed to your family doctor a few weeks after your appointment.
You will be notified of any follow up tests and appointments once they are booked.
