The short answer is.. YES!!! We have ages from 16 to 65 in our class, along with a healthy combination of experienced fitness gurus and folks who have never tried it before.
FITNESS FREE FOR ALL is a great exercise structure for people of all abilities and fitness, because it lets you work at your own pace.
We’ll give you an example. Our ‘warm up’ usually involves a couple of jogging laps of the gym. If you are brand new to exercising or have a physical limitation, you simply walk briskly for a lower number of reps so you finish the activity at the same time as everyone else. Our qualified trainers will always help you
Another example would be the circuit portion of the workout. This involves performing a variety of exercises over a certain time; say, push-ups for 30 seconds. If you are a workout expert or have been attending classes for a while, you may manage to do 20 push ups. If you have never done a push-up before, you may manage 3. The point is, you are doing them at your level and as you attend more classes, you WILL improve. And our trainers will show you ways to adapt every single exercise (yes, even push-ups can be made easier!) from its standard format to make it easier or more challenging.
