On Tuesday June 7th, FIVE Spring Garden area restaurants hosted a simultaneous launch event for our fantastic new cookbook! Diners at Moda, Fid Resto, Saege, Onyx and Estia enjoyed a fabulous meal… and 15% of meal proceeds were donated back to the Maritime Heart Center!
